What do you enjoy about coaching?

I am an ex-professional field track runner (800 meters), and I have experienced on my own how cardiac sports such as running and soccer can help to improve the health and well-being of an individual. Moreover, collective sports like soccer are also a great experience for helping socialization and to encourage a career. In my own words, seeing how youth can benefit from these aspects that soccer can bring and inspire them it’s a rewarding experience that one carries for the whole life.
