How do you hope to inspire your players?

My experience with sports has been the driving force behind every step on my journey.  Being on sports teams taught me the power of equality, leadership, and teamwork.  I have been able to transform these lessons in a drive to succeed in all aspects of life. As a female coach, I am passionate about mentoring and developing young female athletes. It is so important to me to ensure girls feel empowered through opportunities on the playing field and in turn feel supported in growing into the leaders of tomorrow.
