What attracted you to coach at Juventus Academy DC Metro?

I am attracted to Juventus Academy DC Metro by its strong methodology and the Juventus Way. The focus on developing complete players technically, tactically, and as people matches how I like to coach.

Why did you choose to become a coach?

I chose to become a coach because of the impact I saw while playing and the desire to give young players the guidance and opportunities I benefited from. Football gave me structure, purpose, and a path forward, and I want to help others experience the same. Coaching allows me to pass on experience, build character, and help players grow not just as athletes, but as confident young people who believe in themselves.
