What attracted you to coach at Juventus Academy DC Metro?

"Excited to be a part of a club with such a great culture. More specifically, training young players beyond just the technical and tactical side, and putting emphasis on the mental side of the game which is so important, especially as a player finds themselves in more competitive, demanding environments."

How do you hope to inspire your players?

Grace aims to inspire players to establish ambitious career goals early and empower them to achieve them through accountability and responsibility. She emphasizes overcoming obstacles and maintaining gratitude and presence during training and matches.
