What attracted you to coach at Juventus Academy DC Metro?

What attracted me to Juventus Academy DC Metro was the organization's unique programs, strong sense of camaraderie, and diversity. I was also drawn to the wealth of knowledge and experience within the academy and its staff. It provides coaches with an environment where they can continue to learn, grow, and advance while receiving the tools and support needed along the way.

How do you hope to inspire your players?

I aim to inspire my players by leading with positivity, passion, and consistency. I want to show them that hard work, a strong mindset, and supporting one another can go a long way both on and off the field. My goal is to help them believe in themselves, embrace challenges, and enjoy the process of improving. If they walk away with greater confidence, a love for the game, and the motivation to keep growing, then I know I've made an impact!
